Conniving
These two women are working together to rise up against what is holding them down. They are working in secret, and they are watchful to not be caught, as they fear outside hindrance from those who would stoop them from changing where they are. They have rotting dying flowers inside them, but the beauty of the flowers has not faded enough to make them disposable. The flowers are both put upon them and also within them, and are not held in by the confines of their bodies.
